Large antelope native to Sub-Saharan africa, the Scimitar Oryx species is one of the best eating animals around. They are a herd animal and are amazing to watch graze in the open fields on the ranch. These are the poster-child of animal conservation for exotic game ranches in the US – they have been delisted from the ESA due to successful breeding on game ranches.
